This project is a reflection of me as an artist. Each part has its own paper size, A1, A3, A4, and A5. The challenge for this project was to get all four paper sizes to be displayed together in some sort of branding package format.
The A5 page is a digital self-portrait. The portrait was completed using Adobe Illustrator. It is a mixture of the pen tool and collage of various projects I have completed.
The A3 contains collages of work I have created during and outside of school from freshman year to now.
The A4 page is a series of questions one may ask a designer like me to learn more about my thought process and how I work. The paragraph underneath is a short statement in an attempt to answer the same questions in a more creative, abstract way. The prose is a short story about a day in my life as a designer. The paragraph type was handset and printed on the letterpress. It took five hours to set the type alone.
The last and biggest part, the A1, is a poster to portray my statement in a design form and sum up the project. It was designed on Adobe Illustrator. The stitching throughout was done by hand.
